Accident Help Network legal information
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Accident Help Network, a California accident attorney-matching and lead-intake technology and marketing service. Please read them before using the site or submitting information.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
1. Use of Accident Help Network
You may use Accident Help Network to provide general information about a California accident and explore whether a participating attorney or law firm may wish to contact you. You must use the service lawfully, provide information in good faith, and not interfere with the site, its security, or another person's use of it.
2. How the service works
Accident Help Network collects intake information, including accident details and contact information, to evaluate a possible connection with a participating California attorney or law firm. Matching may consider factors such as accident type, location, attorney practice areas, availability, capacity, and language. A potential match is not a recommendation, endorsement, or promise that an attorney will contact you or accept a matter.
3. No legal advice or attorney-client relationship
Accident Help Network is not a law firm and does not provide individualized legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Information on this site is general information only. Using Accident Help Network, communicating with Accident Help Network, or submitting an intake does not create an attorney-client relationship with Accident Help Network or with any participating attorney or law firm.
4. No guarantee of representation or outcome
Accident Help Network does not guarantee that you have a legal claim, that a participating attorney or law firm will contact you, that an attorney will accept your case, or that any legal result will be obtained. We do not make misleading claims about legal outcomes. Each attorney or law firm independently decides whether to review, contact, or accept a potential client.
5. Your information and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit information for another person unless you are authorized to do so. Do not use Accident Help Network for urgent legal deadlines, emergencies, or as a substitute for promptly seeking medical care, emergency assistance, or legal counsel.
6. Participating attorneys are separate parties
Participating attorneys and law firms are independent third parties, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Accident Help Network. They are solely responsible for their services, communications, engagement decisions, advice, fees, and compliance obligations. Any attorney-client relationship, if one is formed, is solely between you and the attorney or law firm under a separate agreement.
7. Communications consent
Before submitting an intake, you may be asked to separately consent to sharing your information with participating attorneys or firms and to receiving communications by your selected methods. Your choices govern the applicable communications and sharing described at the time of submission. You can opt out of non-essential communications by using the instructions in a message or contacting us at team@accidenthelpnetwork.madethis.app.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accident Help Network provides the site and service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available service, or that any particular attorney connection, evaluation, or outcome will occur.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accident Help Network and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service; a potential attorney connection; or acts or omissions of a participating attorney or law firm.
10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Accident Help Network and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or submission of information without authority.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Accident Help Network after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
